Coaches manage clients and create nutrition plans, workout programs, and forms. Clients are invited by a coach to use the client portal. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and the confidentiality of your credentials.
Trenzform is a platform that enables coaches to deliver coaching services. Trenzform is not itself a coaching service provider and does not create, review, or endorse any plan, program, or advice a coach provides. Coaches are solely responsible for the plans and guidance they assign.
Trenzform does not provide medical advice. Nutrition plans, workout programs, and related content are for general fitness and wellness purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Clients should consult a qualified physician before starting any nutrition or exercise program, and use any plan or program at their own risk. Trenzform is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome.
You agree not to use the platform unlawfully, impersonate others, upload harmful or infringing content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, or misuse it beyond its intended purpose. Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or terminated.
Coaches and clients retain ownership of the content they create. By using the platform, you grant Putri Labs a limited license to host and display that content to operate the service. The platform itself, including its software and branding, is owned by Putri Labs.
If any part of the platform is offered on a paid basis, applicable fees and terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Payments between a coach and their client for coaching services are the sole responsibility of those parties.
You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting info@trenzform.com. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Putri Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, regardless of the country from which you access or use the platform.
